Why are there so many ZIP files do download?

This depends on the size of your child’s timeline. Big timelines packed with thousands of memories can generate an export email with tens of download links.

We chose to keep the max size of each file relatively small to help downloads over slower and/or less stable internet connections. We are considering a next iteration of this feature where the zip file size is configurable.
