Why can I only trigger one export, per child, per month?

The server-side processing to retrieve and wrap up your original photos and videos in to downloadable files is expensive. We’ve put in this limit to prevent an outside chance of abuse. We don’t expect this to be a problem - as it isn’t a feature we expect our customers to be using regularly - but if it’s causing an issue, please email us directly at support@backthen.app.
