Why do I have to subscribe to export my original memories?

You can download your memories one-by-one without having to subscribe but we recognise that’s not necessarily practical. However, the process of wrapping up your photos and videos into manageable chunks is operationally expensive for us so we’re only able to offer it to paying customers.
